- We started our day at IHOP and we made sure to first print off our free coupon for a Rooty Tootie Fresh and Fruity breakfast (free breakfast when you sign up online). It even lets you swap out for something else of equal value so my daughter, Sidekick, chose the international crepes! $7 saved.
- We finished our international breakfast and headed to Rome (Georgia that is) and we used our groupon that gave us both "Dare Ya" rides on the zipline at Daredevil Ziplining. $20 saved.
- We then made plans and reservations and had Japanese cuisine at Genki Noodles and Sushi and our groupon gave us 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 3 desserts! Yes we finished off the day with fried Oreos for dessert! $30 saved.
- We finished off the day with great chocolate from Cacao Atlanta which append to be on sale also! I am not sure how much we saved...this was purely a splurge since Sidekick really likes chocolate bars! The one she choose (yes I said 1...regular price bars were about $15) was from the Dominican and she said it was great!
Value collected: $115.00
Weekend Savings: $57!
Tally of cost: $58.00 (plus chocolate)
Birthday celebration where your 15 year old says she really had a great time...priceless!
Ahhh I forgot. We also had a free Baskin Robbins ice cream cone but we were too full and tired to use it on the weekend so we used it Tuesday morning at breakfast to celebrate Sidekick getting her driving permit! Savings...couple bucks!
